Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment is due 30 days before tour departure.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment methods accepted: Credit card, bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Local events or festivals
• Safety concerns
• Circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical emergencies and repatriation
• Lost or damaged luggage and personal belongings
• Personal liability

5. Liability

MOROCCO MAGIC TOURS acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (such as hotels and transport companies). We are not liable for:

• The acts, errors, or omissions of any third-party service provider.
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
• Personal injury or property loss not caused by our direct negligence.
• Lost or stolen personal items during the tour.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and contact information during booking.
• Ensure you have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas for travel to Morocco.
• Respect and follow the local customs, traditions, and laws of Morocco.
• Behave in a respectful manner towards your guides, driver, and fellow travelers.
