1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is due 30 days before tour departure.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payment methods accepted: Credit card, bank transfer.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
3. Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Local events or festivals
- Safety concerns
- Circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical emergencies and repatriation
- Lost or damaged luggage and personal belongings
- Personal liability
5. Liability
MOROCCO MAGIC TOURS acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (such as hotels and transport companies). We are not liable for:
- The acts, errors, or omissions of any third-party service provider.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
- Personal injury or property loss not caused by our direct negligence.
- Lost or stolen personal items during the tour.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and contact information during booking.
- Ensure you have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas for travel to Morocco.
- Respect and follow the local customs, traditions, and laws of Morocco.
- Behave in a respectful manner towards your guides, driver, and fellow travelers.
